Join us at our Banbury HQ, where we will show you how to master your backyard offset smoker. We will have several of our premium offset smokers.
We will cover everything from fire management to wood and meat selection while cooking a feast of BBQ meats to eat at the end of the class.

This class will be heavy on equipment and fire management talk. We will go deep on all the methods we use to run our smokers for various cooks. Plus our experts will be on hand all day to talk your current smoking setup or future one, this is the class for anyone looking to get serious about offsets smoking.

1. Cancellation within 1 week of the event: 50% refund.
2. Cancellation within 48 hours of the event: Non-refundable.

However, in all cases, you can request to transfer your ticket to another available class (of the same value). We will always work to accommodate such requests to ensure a great experience.
